Born in Brooklyn, Rich is a NYC native and spent his young years under the influence of city culture until his family moved to Long Island. Rich spent decades living on the island with friends and family making memories that will forever remain in his heart. A member of Sigma Tau Delta he has also earned an M.F.A in creative writing and favors the young adult genre. 

Residing on Florida’s gulf coast Rich has a wife with two adult children and travels back to his roots often. He spends most of his time writing and tending to his other interests, art history and painting. He’s a passionate New York sports fan and paddle boarding is also a love of his.
